why dont we have one club just 4 neo owners? i mean registred club by this country like what happen in malaysian country. not by personal club coz as i know have one club here but for all proton n its belong to personal clubneo gurlz

Honestly, I really like your question. That is why most of the auto club in Brunei really fail miserably because they belong to a personal club. But due to lack of funding and few membership, it is still in need of people to organize it for events or such. By establishing and attracting more membership, then we will go official and register this club to the national registration. Hope that will satisfied your question.
